Reporting Incidents at Footsteps Trust
We are committed to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all our students and staff at Footsteps.
If you experience or witness any incidents that make you feel uncomfortable or concerned, it's important to report them. Here's how you can do it.
When to Report an Incident
1. Bullying or Cyberbullying: If you or someone you know is being bullied, either in-person or online.
2. Uncomfortable Online Experiences: If you encounter inappropriate or harmful content online.
3. Harassment or Discrimination: If you experience or witness any form of harassment or discrimination.
4. Safety Concerns: If you notice anything that could pose a risk to the safety of students or staff.
How to Report an Incident
1. Speak to a Trusted Adult: You can talk to any teacher, learning mentor or a member of our senior leadership team who will be available to offer support and guidance.
2. Visit the School Office: You can report incidents directly to the school office during school hours.
3. Use the Confidential Reporting System: For a more private way to report incidents, use our confidential online reporting form below.

We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to talk about certain issues face-to-face, that's why we have set up a confidential reporting system where you can report incidents anonymously.
How to Use The Confidential
Reporting Form
1. Fill Out the Form Below: Provide as much detail as you can about the incident. You can choose to remain anonymous if you prefer.
2. Submit Your Report: Once you have submitted your report, it will be reviewed by our designated safety team.

Should parents have any concerns or complaints they wish to raise, please do so via the Confidential Report Form below.
What Happens Next?
Your report will be reviewed by our safety team. The appropriate actions will be taken to address your concerns. If you have provided us with your name, we will follow-up with you to ensure your safety and well-being.
